Kakuryu held fast against hulking komusubi Ichinojo to keep his perfect record and push his fellow Mongolian further down the ranks.

Would you PLEASE stop with the need to over exaggerate, and not to mention totally false information, being shared here!

Yeah Kakuryu won the bout, but he is definitely NOT pushing Ichinojo "down the ranks", as of this bout Ichinojo has a 8-3 record, meaning, as it's obvious the writer does not know about sumo, he has already won a majority of bouts in the tournament.

He isnt going "down" he is going to be eligible for promotion to sekiwake!

all but for a show..the mongolian brothers are known to throw a game for their fellow mongols. It was not even a fight, the fellow mongol just let himself pushed out of the ring just like the other day.
