It was a hard season at Liverpool dealing with so many serious injuries since last October. e sank down the league to 7th or 8th position. To recover from that become third is an achievement. Having 10,000 fans back and listen to their singing was emotional.

Would have preferred to see Leicester in the top four than Chelsea.

An exciting final day.

Liverpool did well considering they were being written off not so long ago. Yeah, would've been better to see Leicester there rather than Chelsea, but at least they can stay home and take turns polishing the silverware they did win this season. Good on them.

Disappointing that the 4 of the 6 grubby clubs qualified for the CL. Would have been nice to see Leicester there instead of Chelsea or Liverpool.

At the end of the day, the right teams made the CL. 38 games - cream always rises to top. Romantic notion Leicester making it, but they probably would have gone out in group stage. As a PL neutral, its important we have the right 4 teams in to keep the co-efficient up for future years and keep our 4 spots.

It was great to see different champions in Italy, Spain & France.

Same here. 4 out of the dirty half-dozen in the CL.

Glad I didn’t stay up to watch it.

Liverpool lost form but kept their class. In March 8th in the league. Finished 3rd.
