I believe they have a list of supplements that are supposed to be clear. If one of those supplements are tainted, they have recourse. If they're taking unapproved supplements, they only have their own selves to fault.

Just allow doping, because these up and down rulings show the doping agency doesn't care. One person dopes and gets 4 years, another will get 1-2 years, and certain Chinese will be allowed to physically smash their blood samples with a hammer and you know, no smoke, no fire. Just a warning will suffice.

A lot of Japanese like to ignore this and the more recent case of doping while decrying how other nations are corrupt and dope all the time (when Japan has no medal hope). I think they're honestly trying to leave in the option of him doing Tokyo 2020.
