The other change allows Russia until Dec. 31 to turn over lab samples and data

Clearly they need a few months to let their athletes get "clean" before providing samples.

Sochi was in 2014. Running a clean team doesn't take 4 yrs.

Completely compromised. Why would they let a nation that ran a state-sponsored doping program at the Olympics that nation hosted, back into the fold? Russia has shown themselves to be entirely untrustworthy, not willing to play fair, and frankly a disgusting pathetic nation, with those actions. How much did they pay WADA to let them cheat again?

WADA is now a useless organization, for giving into a useless nation.
