AL West, maybe Ranger's as a pitcher, but not others. NL West, Dodgers is loaded but will be careful after Darkish failures at WS. AL East, Yankees will concentrate on existing starting pitchers than thinking a utility level rookie pitcher. Its current Japanese. pitcher showed excellent performance at the end of season. Ohtani. probably signed by one of NL team E division.

Years ago, current Washington National outfielder Harper was interviewed. At that time, young ones had to be college graduate to be signed directly to Major league. So Harper graduated HS two year early, then graduated a University in Nevada two years early and National signed him. So he became a major player without minor. Player. He was homering almost every day after he joined National. But current National wouldn't sign Ohtani.
