Smart man, and he is pretty much spot on. What confidential information are olympic athletes handling that they would need to be worried about this?

Diplomats or something obviously shouldn't use devices issued by a foreign government, but that would apply to anywhere in the world, not just China. Got a surprise for you if you think the bastions of "freedom" aren't doing exactly what they accuse China of.
