Ah, Ben Johnson. That takes me back. Am I outraged? Well, annoyed at the time. More annoyed at yet another way to target gamblers.

I remember how people used to call him 便所さん.

"I'm offended"... I hate the modern 'sissy' world we live. Way too many people seem to be offended or upset over such meaningless and trivial things. Man up, grow a pair and stop being a PC pussy.

Yeah, b/c there isn't nearly enough toxic masculinity in the world.

How about slamming politicians for being liars that will do anything and run anyone over to get more power and influence for themselves and their parties?

Personally, I didn't see the ad as 'glorifying' drug cheats let alone Ben Johnson. If anything, I thought they (and BJ too) were taking the mickey out of him. I mean BJ is now grossly overweight and not particularly looking his best in the ad.
I do get the $ 'moral' controversy I.e 'why give $ to proven drug cheats' but it's up to Sportsbet to decide what to do with their money. Same with ppl who bought LA's books or other cheaters books, endorsed products etc. As bad as they are they are still part of society.
Thought the ad was actually pretty lame. Sportsbet must be pretty pleased with the faux outrage and pseudo controversy.
