Manchester United looked at their most potent when Kagawa was on the pitch last year - but this is one of the issues at being at a club like Chelsea, City or United. The squads are massive and full of the world's best players.

Australian soccer is in crisis. The manager is not properly ushering in the next generation and the old diggers are starting to get thumped by quality sides. The first choice goal keeper is a 40 year old reserve keeper for his club, with due respect to the great man. It's going to get very ugly in Brazil if something doesn't change.

Moyes will ruin United.

Kagawa's a good player but his English still sucks and unlike baseball you can't have a translator following him around the pitch.

To be fair I don't think his English has anything to do with whether he can play football or not. Have you taken a look at the premiership lately, players who speak English as their first language are in the minority.

He was only bought by Man Utd to sell more shirts in Japan.

This old chestnut again. No he wasn't he was bought because he is a very good footballer.

For whatever reason Moyes doesn't seem to rate Kagawa. If he doesn't play in tomorrow's home game vs Crystal Palace, Shinji should take the hint and look for a move in January.

well at least he will be fresh for the WC! and I'm sure he will get games next year as players get tired and need to be rotated. Of course this depends if the squad is good enough to advance in the CL and other cups, which might be difficult if they are starting 40-year old Giggs.

But the season is only 3 games old. He will start playing no doubt when all the cup competitions are going and there is more game congestion. He will play soon.

David Moyes has taken his small club mentality with him to Manchester Utd. With his small club style of play comes the small club type of players. Bringing in Marouane Fellaini should convince Shinji Kagawa that he doesn't have a future at the club under David Moyes. Moyes will play Fellaini just behind Van Persie which is also where Kagawa enjoys playing most. Kagawa should have moved back to Borrusia Dortmund where Jurgen Klopp managed to get the best out of Kagawa with his sophisticated way of playing. Perhaps a move in the new year can help him get back on track.

He wasn't, he's a good player. Anyway, top players wages have become so inflated recently due to TV money you'd have to be selling a few thousand Kagawa shirts a week just to pay his wages.

He should be given a chance, but especially as a player that grew up in Japan he needs to understand that in first year you largely sit on the bench, in second you get a bit of time, and in third you get more. It's the same in junior high and high school clubs here, so it should be ingrained.

You watch, next year Man Utd will buy a Chinese player and have completed a fait complete in North east Asia.

Park had a pretty good grasp of English, before he joined Man Utd.
