They all should go and the game returned to the fans and the player from the princess, oligarchs and strongmen.

The way things stand, I'll go with both Platini and Maradona on their thoughts about Blatter ...

Blatter DEFINITELY needs to go, but really I don't think anyone who replaces him is going to immediately inspire any kind of faith in the association.

Sepp Blatter (and Bernie Ecclestone in Formula One) are ruining their sport with their autocratic rule. It's not a surprise we've had some pretty serious scandals at FIFA, including their inability to stop match fixing.
In my humble opinion, if it weren't for Blatter's corrupting influence, the 2022 World Cup would be held in the USA--and it would have record-breaking revenue because many of the more modern American football stadiums were designed to easily convert to FIFA-standard football pitches (and amenities at American football stadiums are way superior to most soccer stadiums in Europe, which would attract a lot of fans).
I think after this election, this may be Blatter's last term as FIFA President anyway--FIFA may want a much younger leader to lead the sport, especially with the rapid expansion in North America in recent years.
