Michael Machida In boxing your record can look good you can be 21-0 and not really fight anyone. The question is who have you fought and who you defended your title against when it comes to big fighters in the game in your weight class. Boxers duck and dodge fighters all the time. I am not saying he is not a good fighter but I looked at his record and the fighters he has faced and their records well!! Something to talk about!!!

They did not give it to him. He earned it. There is a big difference.

Muhammad Ali holds the title of best boxer in the world.

@Seigi

"... He's the best boxer in the history of mankind!"

Well, he is good but I think Mike Tyson has already won the title of best boxer in the history of mankind ~ a long time ago.

He's the best boxer in the history of mankind!

Maybe not quite yet. If he unifies super-bantamweight THEN featherweight, he will be in the GOAT conversation with Ali, Robinson, Jones Jr, Tyson et al. That will be 5-10 years away minimum.

Let's hope his exploits encourage lots of Japanese kids to take up the "Sweet science" of boxing!

Big up to little Monster! Would love to see him move up 3kg to unify the Super-Bantamweight titles - then in a few years go another 2kg up to Featherweight and unify that. If he does so, Inoue will likely become world boxing's GOAT.

Uhhh...but the WBO has to GIVE it to him even though he earned it.

Amazing boxer. Hope he achieves his goal. Go Monster!
