Congrats to both of them. Each well deserved.

Congrats, players like this are extremely rare, hope he does a little better overall each year coming!

Great! The wait is finally over. Now Angels need to not let another talent go to waste and work hard to bolster our rotation for this coming season. Syndegaard was a good signing. Now let's add 1 or 2 more starting pitchers, better relievers, an improvement at SS and re-sign Inglesias. We gotta make the playoffs at least next season.

Good looking young man. Best wishes to him. I support!

On top of being immensely talented, I think he is a great role model. Congrats, young man! Looking forward to more of the same in the years to come.

Toward the end of the season, his home runs decreased. American pitchers are studying hard about his batting. Next season will become a key year for him.

This is one of the biggest reasons I like him too!

Great to hear!!

I read elsewhere he was honored to be compared to Babe Ruth. Hopefully he can move onto a new team and come across better chances now :)

Toward the end of the season, his home runs decreased.

He is also the most four-balled and walked batter.

He earned it! Job well done.

The Angels need to get him some help in the line up and another quality starter so that they don't waste the talents of the 2 best players in baseball (when healthy).

Not a surprise. He certainly put in the numbers. The Angels better do something if they want to retain him after his initial contract. He's basically carrying the team! I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up moving to Boston or New York.

He is also the most four-balled and walked batter.

In a way it's also honor for him :) Likewise Ohtani at bat occasionally was more accurate than refrees on calls for strike (which turned out to be wrong thanks to VAR recording).

He has potentials whose peak has yet to come. Looking forward to the next season, thereafter.

Like to see him move to the Yankies
