Peng is 100% being ordered to retract her statement by the Communist party. Why else would she have made the claim originally? It was a desperate plea by a woman who was raped by one of the top 5 most powerful men in China.

Sickening news, and a horrifying future awaits for Peng. Her and her family have been threatened with "disappearance" if she states the truth of her rape again.
