Churchill Downs implements safety, performance standards to address recent spate of horse deaths

They should just have a sacrificial horse burnt in the middle of Churchill Downs to give themselves a pat on the back for trying to show their sympathies to the horse race Gods, and believe that'll make it all good, while continuing the abuse of the animals.
