Texas Rangers pitcher Yu Darvish, 28, and his girlfriend, former wrestling world champion Seiko Yamamoto, 34, are expecting a baby and plan to marry later in the year after the MLB baseball season is over.
Both Darvish and Yamamoto have been married once before. Sports Nippon reported Monday that the couple, who publicly announced their relationship last November, do not plan to hold a wedding ceremony.
Yamamoto is said to be six months pregnant, Sports Nippon reported.
Last Nov 18, Darvish himself uploaded a picture of himself and Yamamoto embracing, looking at the camera, on Twitter. In a message to his fans, Darvish said: “We have talked about it, and decided that we want to date openly. Please support us.”
On Monday morning, Darvish said on his official blog that, “We have been blessed with a new life.”

Hhmmm... On November 18th, they announce their relationship. 4 months later, they announce she's 6 months pregnant. And Seiko just got divorced in September. September to February, That's about 6 months. I'd say our boy Yu is a homewrecker. Your wife pregnant by another dude is a good reason for divorce I'd say.
And this is after Yu's 2007 shotgun wedding.

Soooo, this is where it gets interesting.
1) Yamamoto and her ex-husband announced their divorce in Sept. 2014. 2) According to the article, she is 6 months pregnant as of now. 3) That would mean she would give birth in May-ish. 4) Japanese law states that for any baby born within 300 days of a divorce, the ex-husband is considered the father. 5) Sooooo, that would be mean that, according to Japanese law, Yamamoto's ex-husband will likely be the legal father of her and Darvish' baby?!
Someone tell me I am wrong....please.
And, if not, could Japan please move to the 21st century and consider using DNA testing where paternity is contested?!

I'll give it a year when he will be dating another chick and she will be crying back to Japan and appearing on hundreds of variety shows how hard her life was. Walking down the aisle may never happen actually.
