No-vax Djokovic is barred from entering the US for the US Open. Out of Australian Open next year too? I guess he will only compete in European events like Laver Cup from now on?

Likely Djikovic will be playing the Australian Open as don't need any vaccination for international entry any more. Not even a pre-departure test.

He technically has a 3 year ban to enter Australia (as was deported on the Minister's discretion who clamined he would fuel anti vax sentiment).

Will depend on the money, new Minister and public sentiment if his ban is waived. My guess is, it will be.

Most Australians want to put this ridiculous, sordid mess behind them.

Really? That sounds more like projection than reality to me...

In what universe is Andy Murray in "the big four"? It is the big three plus Murray.

Public sentiment is against Djokovic gaining entry. Since there is no federal election for three years the new government may go against public wishes and let him in. No doubt the tournament management want him there. The peoples wishes will come last as they always seem to. If it were up to me he would not be readmitted to Australia for the full three year ban. No point in banning someone for three years then simply letting them back in the next time they want to visit 12 months after banning them.
