Don't cheer, talk loudly, eat, drink, or wave flags.

Exactly don’t go and don’t waist your money on tyranny

i think that it is likely that Olympic isn't going to happen due to the virus crisis.

im my opinion, Olympic should be definitely cancelled with an immediate affect..

Lives are more important than Olympic..

I’ll bet we will see an official poster on this shortly. Maybe with anime characters.

Don't shout, don't cheer, don't come. The games ain't happening.

Sounds morbid, and in the heat if you can't drink how do you rehydrate?

Not going to happen.

As they've invested stacks of bills into this project, believing me they'll do their utmost to host the games (corona didn't deter them from giving Go To Travel a whirl).

Don't cheer, talk loudly, eat, drink, or wave flags.

Don't cheer, talk loudly, eat, drink, or wave flags.

Reminds me of those "don't have fun or make any noise" signs aimed at children, you often see at little local parks / play areas (dirt patches) scattered throughout local towns.

What’s the point then? Part of the appeal of going is to experience the atmosphere of fierce competition...

3 ( +4 / -1 )

Laughable, HAHAHAHA oops, “Don’t laugh” Sorry.....

I feel Numb.

not everyone is convinced fans from overseas can display such discipline.

No need to worry.

Overseas fans are not planning to come

Olympics won’t happen this year

If happening, check out for thousands of hooligans coming, as a reminder of 2002

'Stay Quiet, Stay still, Stay at Home' Olympics, here we come!!!

Also, athletes - do your event and go home. No fun in the Olympic Village.

At the Emperor's Cup final, there were just 13,318 fans at the 60,000-capacity National Stadium, with their pounding drums and clapping punctuated by periods of near-silence.

Why on earth is a physical activity like POUNDING drums & clapping OK!!!!

Sure BOTH are going to CREATE more & increased breathing with its accompanied increase in respiration, this is just stupid!!!

"Although Japanese crowds have taken the restrictions on board, not everyone is convinced fans from overseas can display such discipline"

What an offensive comment.

Japan is a land rich in unintentional sarcasm.

Don’t shout, don’t don’t cheer, don’t go!

It sounds like ordering soup on that episode of Seinfeld:

"As you walk in the place move immediately to your right.

You hold out your money, speak your soup in a loud, clear voice, step to the left and receive.

It's very important not to embellish on your order. No extraneous comments. No questions. No compliments."

But, this Olympic soup doesn't look like it's going to be tasty enough to put up with it.
