I haven’t really enjoyed watching England for a long time, dunno if it’s me or it’s just the same old stuff. I support Crystal Palace who are also not too exciting but at least they show a bit more enthusiasm than England as of late.

3 Lions are roaring. Congrats to scorer Raheem. Well played England.

A draw is a sure fire political win for FM Nicola Sturgeon, basking the glory of a draw, the auld enemy held to to a transitive verb, maybe then a phrasal verb? What skill is necessary to achieve a draw?
Then define that draw as a win?
The reality you achieve nothing.

So, a lot of Scots fans considered the draw against England as good as a victory, so going by their logic the thumping loss against Croatia is as good as a draw.

At the start they are taking the knee, whilst when required to actually kicking that cylindrical object of compressed air they are taking the P.

Has all the emotion being slowly but surely drained out of english footy, that's a small "e".
What an pile of unentertaining horse poo.
Where's Bobby Charlton? Nobby Stiles? I think you could count Nobby's teeth on one hand.
Where is the flipping passion?
Luka Modric, is truly inspiration, the very definition defining the tapestry of team work.
One things for sure he isn't English.
England are all a bunch of trolley pushing, oh hell I have broken a finger nail woosies, oh god, I have lost my handbag.

Heh, that's true
England killed the game in the 2nd half, but Czechs obliged too since they knew both of them would go to the next round

That needs a more positive spin. Until this tournament, Scotland hadn't conceded a major tournament goal since 1998. :-)

England just does the barest minimum to win the group, but they may have liked to finish 2nd instead
Scotland couldn't even get a result, but they scored their first major tournament goal since 1998

Lmao. The toothless lions will play against one of these teams: Germany, Portugal or France. In other words, start packing...

It was a dreary game, made drearier by ITVs appalling coverage. Lee Dixon makes Mark Lawrenson look like Tigger.
