July is an utterly ridiculous month to play rugby in Japan anyway... Sheer torture and quite dangerous.

"May...in October"? It's a no brainer, (and not because of the heat). October next year may be a safer bet.

Probably a good idea... this place is going to be at peak for months and months, whereas after Boris became seriously ill England is taking it slightly more seriously.
