The rubbish dished up by The Three Lions last night at Molineux was deserving of the boos and "pleasantries" they copped from England fans. "You're not fit for the shirt" was about the cleanest one I heard, and from what I saw it rings true. Their defense, in particular, looks woefully bad. John Stones out of his depth at this level and unable to cope with the Hungarians.

Troubling signs and much work to do for gaffer Southgate before the November festivities begin.

On the bright side for England, I have yet to see any reports coming out about enraged Three Lions fans attacking Hungarian fans after the hiding on the pitch.

Look to the positives!

These June friendlies have been a woeful waste of time for lots of teams. Seems most players are looking forward to getting a bit of time on the beach before the marathon of next season starts.

Yep. I think De Bruyne nailed it with his comments about this nonsense.

Home or away, the Hungarians are beginning to recreate their magic of old. Had he been there, the legendary Ferenc Puskás would have been thrilled to watch the Mighty Magyars taming the Three Lions. Well played Hungary. All the best to England in their preparations for the Qatar World Cup.
