Ah_so
A lot of Japanese were confused in 1998 when Scotland got into the World Cup. They'll be freaked out if Wales get it - Igirisu has yet another country and one they've never heard of.

I can't believe after winning the Euros Italy is on the verge of missing the World Cup again. They should have changed the PK kicker in that second match against the Swiss. As good as Jorginho was until then, he missed in the Euro final against England, and missed in both qualifying legs against the Swiss. Too much pressure for one person. When you consider Italy won 2 shootouts in a row and have plenty of PK takers, surely they could've switched it up. And now their penalty is having to beat Portugal away from home, if they get by North Macedonia first.
