Why does Japan think it needs to have a foreign head coach? I would think there would be many fine former Japanese players who could fill that position,if they were given the chance.

@sp2265 Are you joking? Most foreign coaches have a high level coaching license compared to former Japanese players. These days many countries recruit foreign coaches
