Formula One drivers and team members come from all over the world. It features competitive drivers and talented engineers with different backgrounds. I don't really think this sport has a problem with race, but rather with social-economic disparities, as pretty much only children from economically strong households can pursue a career in motor racIng.

Hamilton is making problems where none exist.

Hamilton is the only non-White driver to have ever won, in the 1018 F1 races in history. It has been a 99.9% White dominated sport.

Good for Hamilton. If he can get more Black kids involved in racing, the sport will improve.

How many white or asian athletes are in the finales of 100m at the Olympics or any other track and field event?

I see your point, but what I am trying to say is that you could accuse any sport of lack of diversity provided a certain race is underrepresented in it. For example, I have never heard of a black ski jumper, but that does not mean that winter sports is discriminating against race. It's not like there are racial criteria that banishes people of colour to pursue a career in motorsport or winter sports for example.
