My ideal scenario: Federer-Nishikori and Nadal-Djokovic semis, and then the ultimate battle: Federer-Nadal for the final. And Federer wins in five sets

And back to reality: Nadal, Djoko, and Nishikori are on the same side of the draw...

Alas Nishikori is in the same half of the draw as Djokovic (potential QF) and Nadal (SF), so we would only get to see a Federer v Nishikei matchup, should Kei defeat Djokovic and Nadal first.

I’m doubtful that will happen, but I hope it does, being a positive thinker!

Roger Federer was very lucky or the draw favor him because he won't be faced with strong opponents in his side of draw until Quarter final.

Having trouble watching this on NHK, due to the World Cup and the death rains. Tonight's men's coverage is pre-empted by the Belgium soccer game. Not fair.
