I have no idea whether Foreman is actually guilty or not, but it is a fact that a lot of abuse by famous or power individuals goes unreported due to the shame and power dynamics involved.

The social climate has become more favorable for victims to speak out, lately, though. The claims need to be investigated regardless of how much time has passed.

I hope the girls have some hard core evidence.
