I feel sorry for the players who are suffering because of a lack of tournaments, but they're no different from anyone else who's lost their job because of the coronavirus and has to go on social security (assuming your country has a functioning social security system) or else look for other kinds of work.

yes, this is the reality of pro tennis career. top 100 players earn very well, but below that it's survival. And if you think about it, there are tens of thousands of junior players all over the world, and only about 100 of them will be able to earn well from tennis. That's a tough career choice.
