IOC chief Bach reflects on Tokyo Olympics one year later

I think, as with all corruption cases, it's only the stupid ones, who get caught out... the smarter ones, keep quiet...

Two words....

Excessive Corruption

Thanks to this I completely lost any interest in the Olympics.

Lets all reflect on how taxpayers were robbed.

Covid was not fair to Japan's tourism. And yet Japan's tourism industry will thrive.

The most tone-deaf article I have read this year.

A year ago and pretty much forgotten. A huge waste of taxpayers money that could/ should have been spent on something much more worthwhile.

Disgusting old politician Bach was the main reason Tokyo was forced to hold the diabolical 2021 Olympics. Horrible, embarrassing event, remembered for all the wrong reasons.

Go away Bach.

what? Why? Is he just now counting the amount of money he made off of the forced event?

No. Thankyou Sir Bach! Your belief and tireless effort to successfully hold the Olympics in Tokyo will have the Japanese and international community forever grateful.

If pride and emotion are acceptable returns to the Japanese people who were by and large against the Games yet must pay actual money for it; why don't the IOC and Bach, JOC and affiliated sponsoring companies get compensated in "pride and emotion" ?
