In Coe we trust!

The arguments we keep hearing is, " there are so few trans-women in sports, less than 1%" " they are not taking medals from biological women" etc...
But a recent UN report now shows this isn't true.
600 female (biological females) athletes lost nearly 900 medals in 400 events in 29 sports to transgender women.
For a claim it is rare and there are very few trans-women in sports, that sure is a lot of medals won by so supposedly few.
That is an average of 2+ medals per event going to transgender women.

Unfortunately the report takes as reliable the records of shewon.org which has been repeatedly found to inflate and even openly lie in order to have as much examples as possible, for example it claimed Michelle Tesco was transgender (she is not) and so when she won a Hot-dog eating contest the site added three lost medals. Taking into account how the site now includes over 60 sports? (including indoor rowing, motorcycle road racing, gaelic footbal or esports) it ends up having in average 5 transgender athletes per category, some of which (like eSports) do not have a demonstrated physical advantage between genders. The site also completely ignores achievements by female to male transgender athletes (like Chris Mosier or Schuyler Bailar) in order to claim that no transgender male have won anything.
This means the claim is dubious and would require a much more reliable source to be made not one that cherry picks and have a history of including non transgender athletes to invalidly impose a message.

Interesting, when you agree with the UN and WHO they are reliable, but when you don't like what they report suddenly they aren't!
virusrex
I clearly identify the source as unreliable, if you are unable to do the same with something that the WHO or the UN declare that would indicate they are using much more reliable sources for those declarations.
It is of course very telling that you could not refute that the source used for this report has serious deficiencies and instead complain about not being able to do the same for things you personally disagree.

Can we just say only women who were born female are eligible and be done with it?
So much toxicity and endless conflict when you let people who were born as males compete, and if a transgender boxer were to permanently impair or kill a female boxer we'd never hear the end of it.
Mr Kipling
You only need two categories, women (real women) and others. Problem sorted.

Ok you claim to be a scientist, then you ignore the science.
Ok, how about July 2022 NIH/NLM
Or
The British journalist sports medicine:
And the same journal 3 year earlier
As science is now starting to fight back against the bullying by the very vocal and often hostile groups promoting the false narratives.
We are now seeing more and more actual facts and research showing the same thing, transgender women clearly have a physical advantage over real women.
The interesting thing is when we look at actual medical journals all conclude trans women have an advantage.
But for some strange reason when those same research papers are used by MSM and the LGBTQ123.. they pick and chose parts never the full results and claim " the research says no advantage".
As a supposed scientist one would expect you to follow the science, but clearly you aren't, and choose the pick and choose only what supports your view.

The boxers in question are female, with female equipment so-to-speak.

He will say and do anything for more glory for Lord Coe… and nobody or nothing else. So, a good IOC President

The boxer (Imane Khelif) id a male, same as Caster Semenya. They both have a genetic disorder, you can find the story online. Any deeper examination or genetic test would confirm this. This is a very rare condition and you will notice that cases only appear in third world countries because they don't have enough tests/knowledgeable doctors or they might now want to acknowledge the reality because of cultural/religious concerns.
virusrex
That is not what those that discriminate want, "born female" is not enough and end up with people saying those with some arbitrary characteristic (including physical appearance) should also be segregated against.
What science are you talking about? what "scientific evidence" do you think disprove that the source of the information has so many flaws that it makes it highly unreliable?
In no part of this reference it says anything to support the supposed value of shewon.org as a source, it fails to address it in any way.

When you are completely unable to refute what is actually being discussed and instead begin to refute some imaginary argument nobody have used you are recognizing that your original claim is so fragile that you refuse to acknowledge it was based on a terribly bad source that openly lies to make the point you wanted to push.
Completely false, no genetic disorder no story online, zero evidence. Just baseless accusations that were very easy to disprove.
Actually the accusations are the ones that don't have evidence to support them, to the point of claiming specific laboratories did specific tests that the laboratories say they don't do.
Wick's pencil
But not female DNA. The "equipment" they have is irrelevant, they're not using it to box.
virusrex
You repeatedly claim this, but when asked for proof Imane Khelif was a male genetically you have never been able to produce any evidence, just a "secret" karyotype from a laboratory that don't conduct karyotypes. It can't be more clear that you consider baseless accusations enough to make up your mind and also use them to mislead others into making the same mistakes.
