I suspect there may still be a ragtag bunch of "individually invited" Russians and Belarussians in Paris, marching in under a white flag.

Though the IOC suspended the Russian NOC last week — for incorporating as members sports councils from occupied regions of eastern Ukraine

IOC president Thomas Bach also has consistently said it is empowered to take a decision that could exclude all Russians from Paris ahead of the July 26 opening ceremony.

Bach acts in kind and honest manner in all his decisions!

While you are at it ban the US and it's vassal states in Europe for invading.Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria etc it will never happen because the IOC like other intl organization are controlled by the U.S

Zero territory annexed. 3/4 wars legal. If you don't like the international community, maybe do something about not having any friends, Russia.
