Saw the highlights. Japan scored two tries, brilliant. That was all they showed. Then they showed the score. Oh....

And on the same day, New Zeland beat Samoa 78 - 0.

The last time the teams met — at the quarterfinals of the 2015 World Cup

I think the last time they met was in November 2016. Australia also won that match by one point. (I bet you all feel better for knowing that.))

Well today belonged to Celts & poms I guess especially after Lions impressive win over the Maori AB 32-10. What a rugby arvo that was!

Japan's set piece is still weak against tier one sides and unfortunately you don't win many games when your scrum is consistently under pressure & you don't score from 5-10m lineouts. Really impressed by what was essentially an A' Irish side.

I thought Japan played really the last five minutes. Next week they should do their warm-ups before kickoff.

Also, give Horie the boot as captain. His post-match interview was disgraceful.
