Unfortunately Rangers FC are no longer in existence.

The Club Rangers FC were liquidated in 2012 due to unpaid taxes and fraudulent behaviour in the transfer market, using bungs and side-letters to purchase and pay for players well beyond their means.

Currently The Rangers International 2012 have been in existence for 9 years and have a few lower league titles, a Petrofac Cup and one senior league title in their less than burgeoning trophy cabinet.

As you may have guessed from my user name, I'm a big Celtic fan. Furuhashi is fast becoming a fan favourite. Exciting times!

How come "Rangers" were allowed keep their name? Other clubs have lost their name following such illegality.
