Get Inoue better challengers… it seems that he has been boxing with opponents who are well below his level. The 30-3-1 record for Dasmarinas doesn’t reflect anything because he also fought with opponents well below than him. Inoue deserves a mega fight with a top level fighter. Then we can judge fairly.
