More J-players could follow NBA's Rui Hachimura and go to college in the US for a couple years, then turn pro straight to the majors while still very young

What you don't know is Rui found out that at the pro level the NBA game is more physical, he was injured for a good while. Also the pitchers from Japan come to the US and play and fizzle out because their arms are shot from pitching too much in Japan. This could be a good sign as to why they aren't pitching this young phenom much because they too know they will get paid a hefty posting fee. Only time will tell. Shohei is good very good but he doesn't pitch as much as he did in Japan this is why he will last longer also he is a two way player so that makes him more valuable.
