What - they haven't got such laws in place already? Someone any more info on this?

Most countries don't. For example Lance Armstrong didn't get prosecuted for being a mega cheat. He broke the rules of the sport, not the rules of the land. Same in Japan.

They can legislate all they want but the top-teir athletes will always be at least 5 years ahead of even the most 'cutting-edge' testing technology. They're all on 'the gear'.

Sorry to burst your bubble TOC BUT the Olympics & sports in general at high levels have NOT been clean for many decades & counting, in fact its safe to assume they are all at least somewhat dirty.

And when you toss in the $$$ pros make ......

Personally I have lost a lot of respect & interest in pro sports & Olympics etc, watch kids play at least its honest!
