High school slugger Kotaro Kiyomiya decides to turn professional

Good choice!

I would love to see this kid to skip NPB, and go straight to MLB. It would never happen, but I would like to see him perform at the highest level.

There have been a few players over the years that could have had potentially great baseball careers in MLB, but the one drawing point for them here, is that they get the chance to play for the "main" club and not have to work their way up through the minor leagues, if they choose to go the MLB route.

And sadly we will never know the full potential of many of these players, including this guy, because Japanese baseball is a year round drain.
