It seems that the Japanese source term was 人間力の向上 (literally, "enhancement of human-power"). I'd definitely avoid such a direct translation, but "enhance our integrity" is clearly wide of the mark.

Easy:

Enhance our integrity

means translation done by a non-native or someone whose English isn’t very fluent. Lack of natural collocation use = poor translation skills.
