Self-centered, ethnocentric? Unaware of other people on the planet?
"Diversity awareness training"... what will they think up next?

He apologised... fair enough but what makes people say those things and act that way in the first place?

Very disappointing. I bet Okazaki was well impressed.

One of the main reasons people feel the need to insult and/or undermine others is that they are threatened by them. Perhaps that is the reason here. In any case, despite it being off time and not on the pitch, I'm glad the guy was reprimanded and fined. On or off the pitch there should be no safe haven for racism.

This seems to be quite a racist team, there was a incident in Thailand a few weeks ago. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jun/17/leicester-sack-three-players-racist-thai-orgy Maybe Okazaki wished already he had stay in Germany.
