Most people wrote off Leicester when they had a bit of a slump around Christmas but they're playing even better than in the early part of the season now. They look stronger at the back. Spurs title contenders? WTF. Great season.

What a story. Come on Leicester! There will be some managers looking pretty silly at the end of the season should Leicester, on much more modest resources, really do this. Looking at you, Messrs Van Gaal, Wenger, Pellegrini and Mourinho/Hiddink.

On the subject of money in football, 10,000 Liverpool fans walked out of Anfield early yesterday chanting "Enough is enough, you greedy b######s" in protest at rising ticket prices. Good on them but I'd like to see a full boycott by all fans for a weekend.

Agree jimizo but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Football fans have been feeling shafted and exploited for quite a while now but unfortunately there is a growing number of what I call 'events watchers' who don't mind coughing up big bucks to watch an EPL match (tourists, hipsters etc) or any major sporting event. And club owners know that.

Looks as if Leicester is for real. It's a good thing Okazaki is playing for Leicester because his being on the team means we in Japan can see all of the games via NHK BS. And ... an interesting and exciting team Leicester is ...

I don't think Premier League clubs can rely solely on 'events watchers' to fill their stadiums, even the glamour clubs. The clubs have to be shown that they can't keep ripping off their supporters. My sister is a lifelong Liverpool supporter and has to pay out approaching £100 all-in to take her two kids to the match ( she and her partner are both working at decent jobs and live within a few miles of Anfield - how about the less well-off? ). The cheapest seat ( a pretty crappy one ) at Goodison Park when I was back at Christmas was £40. What's the cost at Old Trafford, The Emirates or Stamford Bridge these days?
I'm so glad to see a club like Leicester doing well. Maybe there is some hope but the game is getting more soulless by the year.

Dare to dream, Leicester. The world is cheering you on.

Leicester City had done well this season! I'm sure that they can win the Barclays Premier League this season! Let's hope that will happen!

Everybody loves the Fairytale Foxes. Wait until they play Arsenal next week. Back to reality.
