Chuffed for Everton (and Jimizo!) They had a lot going against them this season.

Sad for Sheff Utd, though; Wednesday aren’t completely safe, either, in the Championship….

Thanks mate. How’ve you been? Was gutted when Coventry lost to Man U - deserved to be in the final.

That’s 4 wins out of 4 all with clean sheets at home. Pickford gets some stick but he’s been excellent.

Sad to see Sheff U down but they looked doomed in August.

That Villa result will give Spurs a lift. Should be some game v Arsenal.

Liverpool have dropped 8 points over 3 games. I have thought since the Man U defeat we will finish in third place which gives us a place in the CL. They only have themselves to blame for the bad performances.

Salah should be permanently benched for the rest of Liverpool's games this season. Probably should have been granted his wish to move to the Saudi oil league last year.

Why, Salah has been the best player during the Klopp era.

Liverpool seriously bottled it over the last few weeks.

What a player Arblaster is at Sheffield United, I wonder if they will manage to keep him now they have been relegated.

Very few of them have turned up in recent games. I thought Diaz was by far Liverpool’s best player against Everton but that wasn’t saying much.

To be honest though, I’m sure most Liverpool fans would’ve taken a cup and a CL finish at the beginning of the season after what happened last season.

It's about being a team player. If the manager wants a player - on enormous £ mind you - to come off the bench, respect his decision. He knows what is best for the team.

Arguing with a manager on the pitch is very poor form.

I've been wondering how Klopp's departure affected the players' mentality with his leaving coming so quickly.

One good note this season was Klopp's introduction of young players because of injured senior ones. Young Bradley in for the injured Arnold was outstanding.

He’s impressive. Very comfortable and cool with the ball and plays with his head up. Mature beyond his years.

It was a 2-2 draw, though it must have felt like a loss. Or maybe you mean in the Cup.

Arnie Slot will be the new coach for Liverpool, not the manager, and won't have the workload Klopp has.

Yes
