An achievement over their city rivals Man U. Can they do the treble?

A terrific performance from City, especially in the second half. Pep's transformation of John Stones from a decent centre half into a ball-playing inverted fullback this year has been astonishing, and he was superb throughout this game again.

It'll be the hardest game of the season without a doubt. Inter are a strong team - this season they've beaten Barcelona, Benfica, Porto and Milan in the Champions League, as well as winning the Italian Cup a couple of weeks ago and finishing 3rd in the league. Barella, Mkhitaryan, Dzeko, Big Rom and Lautaro Martinez is a scary attacking line up that's scored a lot of goals in Serie A and the cups. 50-50, I'd say.

Man U did better than I thought and Garnacho caused City a few problems when he came on.

City still the better side and it was nice to see Bruno Fernandes not lift the FA Cup. A player like that shouldn’t be captaining a club.

Agreed, he looks so much better than Sancho who once again did nothing.

Apart from a tricky 15 mins after the ridiculous PK Citeh looked comfortable. When Weghorst and McTominay came on you just knew it was all over.

That first Citeh goal was completely against the run of play.

Bold. Inter will do their best to make the game as awful as possible. I expect a tough night for the ref.

Sancho stunk.

I could understand Man U fans getting excited when he joined. Looked a great player to watch and a match-winner.

Well, wasn’t that exciting. Can’t wait until next season, lol

No telling if the final scoreline would have been different, but United really missed Antony on the pitch yesterday.

The match was more of a contest than I expected. Hopefully, that reflects a team holding something back for the season finale in Istanbul.

Pep Guardiola, Erik Ten Hag, Manchester City and Manchester Utd footballers display awesome work ethics. Congratulations to the winners and to their gallant challengers.
