Let’s not go overboard on the accolades.

Man City are owned by one of the richest men in the world, have spent more on players than any club in the world (except PSG), & have brought in the best manager in the world.

They were Neville Nobodies before Mansour came with his bottomless pit of money.

Once Guardiola leaves, watch for the trophies to dry up.

Yes, a net spend of nearly 600 million over the last 5 years, 2 or 3 times as much as their closest rivals bar one, is rather a factor. That one is unsurprisingly United with about 450 million, and shows how badly they have done in the same time period really. And I'm a United fan!
