It seems like she has figured out how to perform at her best in the clutch. Good for her! May we all learn how to perform at our best in whatever we do.

That socks it to that little weasel who was criticising her after the olympics. You go Mao-chan! More class in one of your boots than he has in his whole body!

Good on her. I agree she seems to be finding her ground and doing better and better when she does not have to compete against Yu-Na. May she continue to do well.

I don't know of many, if any, who criticized her after the free skate, but there were plenty who did DURING the Olympics after her short program, most notably former PM Mori. I met a couple of Japanese who learned the idiom "put one's foot in one's mouth" using him as an example when she aced the free skate in the Olympics.

Congratulations for winning the World Championships. She has gained confidence after her Olympic long program performance.
Further congratulations to Olympic gold medalist Yuzuru Hanyu for winning the Men's title.
