Matsuzaka sustains freak injury after fan pulls his arm during spring training

This story leaves out details such as, the fan pulled his arm hard from behind to shove a pen and signboard in his hand while he had his hand raised, and waving to the crowd. The Dragons had issued an advisory about handing out autographs, as overly aggressive hawkers try to obtain autographs to resell on net auctions.

and that fan should be banned from all Dragons home games. Dragons are a team on the rise and decent pitchers are hard to come by. It seemed like all 6 of those wins were against my Tigers last season as he shut us down every game he pitched.

Ban fans from fan events.

Well, unfortunately, this incident should and will likely lead to less of such events, if not their cancellation in many cases, or at least better security. Matsuzaka was a washout, to be sure, but this doesn't help. On to the next Major League DL story...
