Less than seven hours to go with both cars pitting regularly one lap apart. If Alonso's car wins, it will be because they have pushed the car harder than the no. 7 car. Some drivers will heed the warnings at the drivers' meeting not to break the car. Alonso will push the envelope with little mercy, and if it breaks that is simply a problem for the mechanics to solve, not for him. Some teams like such a driver, others don't.

I have no doubt about Toyota has favored No.8 car over No.7 car. Sorry for the No.7 crews, they didn't deserve to lose out to No.8 for any reason. Communication error or missed? Funny!

Kamui forgot to pit and had to limp around for another lap to get the car back to the pits. That is when No.8 overtook No.7, Chop Chop, relieving Toyota of having to make that decision.
