Uh oh! Looks like even more Manure "fans' will start jumping ship soon probably to Arsenal or ironically Man City.

The true fans will not and as for the glory hunters if they depart so what its no loss .We may have lost but at least they played very well in the first half and were all over chelski for long periods so there is some small comfort to be derived from todays match .

A simple rule this season has been Man U don't beat teams in the top 6 ( Arsenal at home an exception ). Perhaps a fully fit van Persie could make a difference but they don't seem to have the quality to beat the best sides. They actually played quite well in parts last night but even then I still fancied Chelsea to win it. Moyes mentioned that top players still want to go to Man U. Man U better hope he's right because they need some quality players badly.

As soon as I saw the lineups I was sure it was just a question of how many Chelsea would win by,

I think Kagawa would actually do OK if he got run in the team and some confidence, but he was dropped so that Januzaj could play there.. strange when Januzaj has been doing well on the wing and it means having to play Young. If Kagawa and Zaha can't get in the team with the two best players injured and most of the others out of form they might as well leave.

The midfield is awful. Glazers will have a choice in the summer, either throw about 400 million at this, sell up, or ride on a sinking ship.

You too?

Right, and the fact that you, me, and probably anyone else that cares see this as a major problem but that Moyes evidently doesn't is confounding and inexcusable. Even without Rooney and van Persie had Moyes started Kagawa in center forward with Welbeck/Chicharito, played Januzaj in left wing where he belongs, and left Young on the bench United would have at least had more than a single goal in this match and a fighting chance.

@ usinjapan I agree and also think that the debacle at the summer transfer widow is still being felt plus l still think he should have retained some of fergies back room staff for 12 months to show his own staff the ropes. As for the rest of the season well l think a top 4 position (4th) is still possible just but not much more l am afraid but such is life .

Just on another point what are Spurs doing winning all those away games? They went level on points with Liverpool last night. It really is a bizarre season when Spurs are tough to beat on the road.

It's going to be a Man City title folks. Pellegrini has created one of the best teams in the world, and has them humming along beautifully right now. With Aguero back from injury, they look unstoppable.
