Ruthlessly leaked, followed by a lesson in humiliation for David Moyes on arrival at Carrington training ground this morning. Ouch!

Well, I guess losing to his own former team was too much.. I like seeing Man U suffering, but even I felt a bit sorry for the players and fans this season

It wasn't pretty, and the leak wasn't fair on him. The decision, however, was. He needed to go. Hopefully we find a suitable guy for the job this time around.

This hasn't been dealt with professionally. He didn't do a good job but he's a decent man and didn't deserve to go in that manner. Sad for me that Everton were the team to drive in the final nail. Best of luck to him.

If you think of it he's done a favor to Everton! They've been doing much better without him even after he brought some of their players to ManUn ! From the very beginning I couldn't get it! He was taking new players after all the stars he had and the team was getting worse and worse... Very bad management - no wonder Everton were middle of the table for so long!

Finally. Yes. Giggs.

I suppose David Moyes won't be leaving the post empty handed, it's a miserable demise though, the end brutally delivered, others should follow........... quote of the day is Ferdinand exquisitely precise impressions of The Tin Man from the classic Wizard of Oz. Outrageous.....

Moyes 1 ( 5m compo for less than 1 years work) - Man Utd 0 (no silverware and 5 m Quid down).

Ryan Giggs interim manager

Early odds for next permanent manager at Man U: Van Gaal 7/4, Giggs 6/1, Klopp 10/1, Simeone 18/1, Alex Ferguson 20/1, Quieroz 22/1. The comedy bet is Beckham at 100/1. Van Gaal is also 3/1 favourite for the Spurs job.

Beckham, hah! Strategy would be lay down and give up. Beckham as coach would make MU into a bunch of pansies.

I am thinking Sir Alex descending Zeus like from the 'harrumph' Sir Alex Ferguson Stand with a fist full of hair dryers and footy boots, to place a supportive arms around Ryan Giggs.
Seriously through, Giggs will unite the dressing room, and has been there from the beginning, managing any Premier League club is not for the faint hearted, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seems to be edging back and forth along the plank at Cardiff, for Giggs and Man U it's a opportunity going begging, some fans see his calling as a form of divine intervention.

That's a disgraceful decision.

There goes another very rich ex-manager, never the right man for the job. But he`ll have a very nice retirement based on the "see you later" and "shut-up" package! Whatever happens in the way of a new manager, it will be a couple of years, before we see a winning "MU" team returning to the limelight.**

I absolutely delight in Man U ballsing up well, in anything, really. But they didn't back his man and this is harsh.

Will be getting a glimpse of (16-1) Diego Simeone' Atletico against Chelsea tonight, he's aparently known as one of the best kept secrets in football, which sounds slightly out there with the fairies. The special one has made six changes from Sunderland's act of pillage, Mourinho's post match press conference lasted a whole 2 minutes, 20 seconds before exiting stage left.

Moyes used 51 different starting formations this season without ever finding the right mixture or balance. That's a level of ineptitude that can't be cured by more time on the job.

Moyes was pants but they could've waited 'til the end of the season. Just 4 games left and and some very winable games means if they win all of them Giggs will get the credit and they'll think about installing him permanently which would be ridiculous. You don't need me to tell you that a great player more often than not does not make a good manager. You only need to look at Mark Hughes and Steve Bruce to know that a club of Manure's stature needs someone far far better than an-ex united player who hasn't even finished getting his coaching badges. As for Gary Neville, he may be a good pundit and part of the England set up but that's about it. All this talk of needing all these ex-players involved in coaching and so on is silly. Problem is who do they they go for without it looking like a knee-jerk reaction and without them becoming just like Chelski and Citeh who just hire and fire as they please?

Finally, yes Bryan Giggs, OMG!!! I knwo he is so cool, i read ot on some forums. Now "we" can storm ahead next season then we will win the soccer ball premier cup. I am so totally excited, kinda awesome i guess. I have a haircut like Booby and Jakey Charlton! How frikkin cool is that?

Man United sold its soul to Americans and supporters must unite.. get a Royal or David Beckham to buy back the club
