Myanmar manager Antoine Hey said he did not see the incident, but was aware of the protest outside the stadium.

"I don't know the motivation, what the meaning was of this gathering,"

How dumb is this fool? Cant coach, cant read the room. I guess when you choose to work for a terrorist government you have to sell out to justify your money.

Anyway, solid, workmanlike job by Japan against a very weak opponent. They should ease into next years world cup. Amazing defense.

Did any of the Myanmar team members want to stay in Japan

Youll have to ask each of them individually.

Good job. Myanmar today, Bhutan tomorrow. The skies the limit.

Just to remind you San Marino beat England.

They once famously scored in 8 seconds against England in a 7-1 defeat in 1993.

In 178 games they've won once, defeating Liechtenstein 1-0 in a friendly in 2004

Did any of the Myanmar team members want to stay in Japan (that is, not return to Myanmar)?
