Science do not contradict the fair inclusion of transgender athletes, in fact it does the opposite, it supports it with data that will allow inclusion while protecting fairness, what it does is contradict the business model many professional sports associations have, which is why they rush to take baseless measures instead of funding proper studies, then retract the whole thing when it is found it has no merit and end up with a huge mess that nobody wants to touch anymore.

In cases like Caster Semenya the South African runner who is intersex with XY chromosomes there is a genuine problem. This condition is incredibly rare but is naturally occurring. She is a "natural " athlete who hasn't cheated but has an "unfair" advantage. In cases like the NZ weight lifter who was a man but wants to be a woman, sorry, stop wasting everyone's time. You are welcome to take all the hormones you wish but if you want to compete, do it in the men's division.

This is cause by only one reason . Empathy and way to much of it. Nothing against what people do with there life but using empathy to pull a agenda by people who are effect by emotion. There is on logic in allow this. This they clam is inclusion. Yes at what cost. Their should be a sub category grouping transgender only competitors. Empathy is overrated.

Sports' war on women. The patriarchy attempting to take over female sports and private spaces. This needs to be exposed and fought.

Nature defines the rules from birth, the basic or inherent features, character, or qualities of something.
In Sport, identity politics is attempting to tilt the playing field.
Women must be able to have confidence that there competitor emergence in this world a female.
No more, no less.
That is and always must be the level play field.

Usually I agree with much of what you say but not this time and I wonder why you would say the above.
Let's ignore the fact that even at the 5 mol/l Transgender needed to keep one year is twice the level of most born female athletes.
Let's look at the rest,
Even with hormone suppression it takes about a decade for a born male's bone density to lower to that of a born women, then we have the weight for weight size for size height for height a born male has large lung capacity, higher hemoglobin and larger blood volume. And these do not change after even if taking hormone suppressants.
These are scientific and medical facts.
A 180 cm 120kg born male transgender has higher bone density, larger lung capacity, more hemoglobin and larger blood volume than a born female of the exact same size.
So it is clear scientifically born male transgender have a clear advantage but political manipulation and agenda have suppressed these facts.

It is telling that a transgender can have 4.8 mol/l testosterone and be fine for competition but if a born female has the same level it automatically triggers an investigation into possible doping.
Then the Transgender supporters and community will say testosterone levels are not important.
So if not important then why bother with doping investigations, why even test?

we are already seeing these injustices.
Born female track athletes lost out not on going to the Olympic but of getting athletic scholarships because 2 over 185 cm transgenders were permitted under the new regulations to compete in female track. (We are talking high school level in the USA).
The 2 transgender blew away the women's state records but by winning 1st and 2nd this push 2 born females below the level (6 the and 7th places) to receive a college scholarship.

So does that mean no more testing the athletes for testosterone boosters?
Only fair, if the so called transgender experts say testosterone levels are not a major factor in performance then that means everyone should be permitted to boost their to as high as they like.
Also any athletes that had been suspended, gotten live long bans, had their medals revoked for testosterone, should now be reinstated and get an apology.
Only fair if as the IOC and transgender supporters claim that testosterone doesn't give a boost.

By acting in this manner, some sporting codes have be alianate from competing in the Olympics e.g boxing, wrestling and lawn bowls with not go along with this Transgender agenda. If they don’t include Transgenders they won’t be included in the next Olympics. This a Hugh problem for lawn bowl attempting to be included in the next Olympics. Lawn bowls have mix pairs and mix teams event and including Transgender would not work out.
Khaos
I find it really strange that the IOC would decide that, while testosterone is a regulated substance because of it's performance enhancing effects.
I wonder if they just failed to word it properly. Transgender women who have gone through bottom surgery actually have to take external testosterone in order to keep it at the same level as cis women.
A lot of people here seem to claim that transgender women who keep their hormone levels the same as cis women, still have some sort of advantage. Where are the studies that prove that? You can't just cherry pick a few cases where transgender women performed amazing, because there are tons of other cases where they lose badly compared to cis women.
