These are pretty stringent! But why is scoreboard video not allowed but music is? How are those even related to the spread?

The biggest questions: what happens when someone tests positive? What happens to the team? What happens to the opponent teams that they've played? Are they all gonna go on a 14-day quarantine or just thrown out of the competition?
