I'll try and not laugh until my team has got through their opening game.

Stunning start from Brentford.

Great game, fantastic atmosphere.

Hats off to the Bees fans who cheered the anti-discrimination protest before the game and gave Saka a standing ovation when he went on. Heartening stuff.

Great stuff.

Great start to the season. I’d say it’s great to see a new Premier League club beating one of the established top sides, but I don’t know Arsenal can be described as that these days. No disrespect intended to that great club, but a lackluster away performance by Arsenal is no shock. Brentford deserved this win.

I lived in Mill Hill for a number of years , never knew Brentford had a team

Good for Brentford but what makes this site has only English Premier? No UK news cover J-League.

I've seen my team win and lose at the old Griffin park when I used to go home/away in the 90s. Never thought I'd see the Bees in the premier league. Well done to them and a good example to all lower league teams that it can be done with the right backing.

The Bees have made a bright start to their campaign. A good win. Congrats. All the best to Mikel Arteta and his Gunners in the challenges ahead.

Great to see a Stadium named "Community".
