Really welcome this change, kickoffs have basically been pointless.

IIRC, this latest Super Bowl game, there were no kickoff return at all by either team

Only the kicker and two returners would be allowed to move until the ball hits the ground or was touched by a returner inside the 20.

So, we'll have 19 players on the field who aren't allowed to move while the ball is in the air? The kicker is the only person on the kicking team who can get down field. That will make the returns 30 yds, easy.

It also completely changes the on-side kick, since the kicking team can't move if the ball never goes inside the 20 yd line.
